Things I've learnt...

...particularly over the last 48 hours.

Don't put your washing in the machine until your head is clear of the previous day's alcohol.

Check the washing machine is empty before you throw a whole week's worth of work shirts in.

A dark red towelling dressing gown will still run colours into other items despite being several years old and not in an overly hot wash.

Dylon "Runaway" actually does what it says on the box and does remove colour run marks.

Consider the above option before dashing out to buy replacement shirts

A Lotto syndicate win for the second week running doesn't necessarily mean you get to spend your winnings on anything worthwhile...

LOL - my Dad's rugby team used to play in red and white hoops with white shorts. Invariably my Mum would bung everything on a hot wash to try and get the mud stains out, and Dad would spend the entire season playing in pink.

I've always suspected that rugby kits are be designed by men. No woman would ever put white in one.

Reminds me of when I was a young lad, I was bought a Man Utd kit one Christmas (remember, there was no Childline back in the 70's). It lasted one games lesson in it's true colours before I was subjected to a pink kit for the remainder of the term...

No wonder you've never developed a pathological taste for football after that!
