Life goes on...

On this morning's news they reported the results of a recent study of 20,000 people over 10 years which stated that you could effectively add 14 years to your life by:
~ Stopping smoking
~ Taking regular exercise
~ Eating five servings of fruit or vegetables per day
~ Not drinking too much alcohol

So there's a bit of goods news then, as Jim Steinman almost said, three out of four ain't bad.

And who am I to turn my nose up at an extra 10.5 years...
